You are eligible for a refund if:
- You are not marked as a consultant or blacklisted by us.

A user can request a refund for a Corporate purchase if the number of responses received is below 30.
Our Corporate Plan is Rs 699 and if the number of response is below 30 so you are eligible for a refund.

If the customer is eligible to get the refund, for that process they have to send a mail on support@miwork.in with valid reason. Refund will be credited back to original mode of payment in 5-7 business days.

Any company which falls under the following categories is considered blacklisted:
- Consultancies
- Employers who are hiring for other employers.
- Employers who are charging money.
- Vulgar Jobs
- Employers posting obscene jobs.
- Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
- Employers posting jobs involvement in human trafficking.
- Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.
- MLM Jobs
- Employers posting jobs to promote, and sell products.
- Employers attract candidates to work on pyramid schemes.
- Click Bait Jobs
- Employers falsely mention the job details to attract candidates.
- Employers spreading misinformation.
